The Skinny: Packaging & Branding
Happy Sunday weekend warriors! What has everybody else been up to these past two days? I've been bumming around with friends, enjoying the sun, and trying to get through the last bit of Groff's Fates and Furies. I'll have some more material for a proper art review after next Saturday - I plan on attending on the Artisans at Work event hosted by the Freer Sackler Gallery at the Ripley Cneter in DC. Unti then, I'm turning to one of my all-time favorite design websites, Design*Sponge, for inspiration. D*S recently released a curated list of creative food packaging that catches the eye!

The above are my six favorites - parmesan cheese pencils, pistachio packaging, tea coat hangers, chocolate packaging, container-to-bowl chips, and serving size wise pasta containers! Can you believe how simple something as packaging or branding can shift the landscape for an entire industry? Hold tight for a longer post next week about Artisans at Work and my review of Fates and Furies!
